Kenny has been an excellent addition to our team. He has been instrumental in helping to get out scores up. He goes above and beyond for every guest. Grit – He started doing part-time audit when we let that person go. On occasion he has done back to back shifts. Respect – he always addresses other employees and guests as Sir or Maam. Empowerment – he takes care of guest issues on the spot, especially in his role as night audit. When I come in in the morning, I have a list of issues he has resolved waiting for me. Teamwork – Always looking for ways to help, comes in last minute when needed and stays late if need be.
