Ken constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty. When asked to cover open shifts he doesn’t hesitate and is more than willing to help. He take much pride in his job. For example, he will not let an entrée leave his kitchen without it properly garnished and cooked to brand specification. He always asks the servers or bartenders is there is anything more they need and will help during a busy rush. Anytime when management walks past his kitchen or if he see them walking around the restaurant, he always acknowledges and says hello or tries to make a conversation. He’s a pleasure to be around and work with. All associates talk about how Ken brightens their day. He’s is a valuable employee and a large asset to Schulte.
