In the second quarter the sales team saw a number of changes not only to associates but a new backend sales software program and enhancements to our PMS. Ms. Kadlec in the face of all this adversity portrayed the calm resolve that allowed the team to take on these challenges head on. Her first course of action was to ensure our guests needs were met. But she took it even further by helping the new associates in their roles and assisting in the transition. Her positive demeanor and service first attitude is the reason why I am nominating Ms. Kadlec for Values Champion of the Quarter.
