For the past several months, Jessica has exemplified the true meaning of Grit and Teamwork through her astronomical efforts in the various departments of the hotel. Jessica is our Banquet Lead and Lead Server and has taken all of the new staff under her wing to train them and deliver exceptional service along the way. Jessica has had a PERFECT attendance record; furthermore, she has even come in on her days off to cover shifts and assist at the front desk, in banquets, at the bar and in the dining room. She has shown her Integrity along the way and has never given up on the task at hand with improving the service scores, regardless of the many setbacks that we have had throughout the past few months. Jessica portrays a true example of the Schulte Value, Grit by striving to reach our goals for service, keeping that as her #1 priority and not giving up. She has been an amazing team player and asset to this hotel by helping us lift our service scores in the restaurant and at the front desk.
