Gessica Joseph started with the Doubletree West Palm from another Hilton property and was able to adapt very quickly to the expectation of our hotel. She works full time at the front desk which includes two days at our relief night auditor. Gessica is always very polite with our guest, very upbeat and was able to learn the night audit process in 10 days or less. She has the right attitude for the Hospitality Industry and with her drive and passion she will continue to make a positive impact on our guest experience. She is also the co president of the CARE committee.
