In the short time that I have been the GM of this property Ann has shown me what I would love to see out of all my employees. She speaks to every guest acknowledges them by name (if she is aware of it). She always has a smile on her face! In the breakfast area she i constantly cleaning up or stocking but always speaks to our guests. She makes them feel welcome. Same with the social. All of our regular guests know her and ask for her when she is not here. I wish that all my emloyees were this outgoing. I had one guest tell me that he nominated her for an award with Marriott because she was so awesome always took care of him, always called him by name. This is what Ann a great employee and worthy of this award.
