R.O.S.E to the Occasion
Congratulations to Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis’ own Kimberly Black. Kimberly is a Guest Service Representative for the hotel and was 1 of 8 Recognition of Service Excellence (R.O.S.E) award winners chosen from over 700 nominations across the state of Indiana. Kim was the last to receive her award and when the Mayor quieted the crowd of over 300 attendees, she received a standing ovation and personalized letters of acknowledgement from the entire Visit Indy team. She was even featured on the local news for her contribution to the city and her lasting impact on the hotel’s guests. We are very proud of Kimberly’s accomplishments and look forward to her continued success with SHG.
